Membership Process

To become a member of the Altoona Area Kennel Association, first complete an application and submit it and the fee to the membership chairperson or any board member.

To activate your application, you must attend a membership meeting, which is the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7 PM at the club building.  Your application is then read to the board for approval and read at the next membership meeting.

After that, the membership chairperson notifies the board that it will be voted on at the next membership meeting.  After being voted on and approved at this membership meeting, you can then take advantage of member rates for classes.
